A: Since our pork is processed within one or two days of the order we do not have individual cuts available at all times, only upon special request. We have found that Chefs prefer either a whole pig skinned out, minus the head and insides, or a half. It is more economical, and offers an endless variety of dishes to be created. Heart, liver, head, etc are available as well.
A: At present we do not accept credit cards but plan to in the future.
